Ken has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. After years of working for a company that builds pre-packaged buildings, Ken formed Meigs Inc. in 1985 with the idea that he would offer his customers more.
He has sold hundreds of buildings to satisfied customers in that time. Ken’s Motto – “If you make the customer a promise… make sure you deliver it. There is only one boss, the customer. Focus totally on customer satisfaction”.
Co-Owner, Professional Engineer and Design/Project Leader
Dave Budden is the engineering mastermind and co-owner at Meigs Inc. With his engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin and more than 20 years experience in the post frame industry, he brings a high level of expertise to the design and construction of every building project at Meigs, Inc. Since joining Ken five years ago he has assisted in the building of 100’s of projects.

Dan has been building post frame buildings for 28 years. He has worked for Meigs for 26 years. Dan has built everything from farm buildings to amusement park buildings and residential. Dan likes working with Meigs, Inc. because we do so many different things with buildings.
